THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR STATE ROAD SAFETY COUNCIL ACT, 2018
Section 8. Road Safety Commissioner.
The Transport Commissioner (Member-Secretary of the Council), shall be the ex-officio Road Safety Commissioner for the purpose of this Act.
