THE PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION ACT, 1977 (1920 A.D.)
Section 80. Time before which probate or administration shall not be granted.
No probate of a will shall be granted until after the expiration of seven clear days, and no letters of administration shall be granted until after the expiration of fourteen clear days, from the day of the testator or intestates death.
