THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR WATER RESOURCES (REGULATION AND MANAGEMENT) ACT, 2010
Section 73. Prohibition on deposition of any material or waste in or near a water channel.
No person shall deposit any material or waste in or near any channel or field drain or any other work feeding any irrigation work.
