THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PROPERTY TAX BOARD ACT, 2013
Section 11. Powers to give directions.
The Government may give such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, as to the performance of the duties and the exercise of the powers of the Board and the Board shall give effect to such directions.
