THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PROPERTY TAX BOARD ACT, 2013
Section 17. Annual report.
The Board shall prepare an annual report of its activities during the year in such form as may be prescribed and the annual report shall be laid, as soon as may be, before 1[Legislative Assembly of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].
