THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR MONEY LENDERS AND ACCREDITED LOAN PROVIDERS ACT, 2010
Section 23. Penalty for contravention of the provisions of the Act.
If any person contravenes any other provision of this Act, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
