THE SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES OF THE MEMBERS OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR STATE LEGISLATURE ACT, 1960
Section 7. Certificate for T. A. and D. A.
A member who claims any travelling or daily allowance under this Act shall support his claim by recording a certificate on the concerned bill in the following form :—
“Certified that no amount has been claimed for this journey period in the bill drawn from any other source or previously.”
