THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PROTECTION OF INTERESTS OF DEPOSITORS (IN FINANCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS) ACT, 2018
Section 19. Power to make rules.
(1) The Government may, by notification, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act.
(2) Every rule made under this Act, shall, as soon as possible after it is made, be laid on the table of the 1[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] Legislature.
