THE JHARKHAND STATE HIGHER EDUCATION COUNCIL ACT, 2016
Section 1. Short title, extent, and commencement
(i) This Act may be called the Jharkhand State Higher Education Council Act, 2016.
(ii) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Jharkhand.
(iii) It shall come into force on such date the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
