Section 5. University not be entitlted to assistance
The University or its constituent/affiliated Colleges or its' centres shall be selffinanced and shall neither a demand nor shall be entitled to any grant in-aid or any other financial assistance from the State Government or any other body or Corporation, owned or controlled by the State Government.
