Section 42. Recovery of Loans etc as arrears of Land Revenue
Where the arrears of any loan or advance granted by the University to any college or institution or persons are not paid before the date specified therefore, the Executive Council may, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, issue a certificate for the recovery of the amount stated therein to be arrears of revenue to the Collector of the district concerned and the Deputy Commissioner shall proceed to recover the amount stated to be due in the said certificate, as per provisions of the Certificate Act.
