An Act to establish and incorporate in the State of Karnataka a University of unitary nature in Private Sector to promote and undertake the advancement of University Education in Arts, Science, Commerce, Law, Engineering, Urban Design, Management, Hospitality, Music, Linguistics and allied sectors and for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
