KARNATAKA ACT NO. 14 OF 2013 (First Published in the Karnataka Gazette Extra-ordinary on the Seventh day of February, 2013) VELLORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY BANGALORE ACT, 2012 (Received the assent of the Governor on the Fifth day of February, 2013) An Act to establish and incorporate in the State of Karnataka a University of unitary nature in Private Sector to promote and undertake the advancement of University Education in Arts, Science, Commerce, Law, Engineering, Humanities, Medicine, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences, Business Administration, Agriculture, Education and allied sectors and for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
