An Act to establish and incorporate in the State of Karnataka a university of unitary in nature 2XXX2 in Private Sector to promote, conceptualize and bring about a paradigm shift in the field of health sciences through development of outstanding leadership, research, knowledge and ideas for trans-disciplinary health sciences and technology and allied sectors and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto;
