Section 12. Appeal against Collector's award.
An appeal shall lie against an award of the Collector to the Bombay Revenue Tribunal constituted under the 1Bombay Revenue Tribunal Act, 1957 (Bom. XXXI of 1958), notwithstanding anything contained in the said Act.
