Section 21. Delegation.

Delegation.- The 2[State] Government and subject to the control of the 3[State] Government the Collector or 4[the District Superintendent Agriculture Officer] may delegate to any officer 5[or person] of the powers conferred on it or him or any of the functions to be performed by it or him by or under this Act.]
