Section 29. Savings of Khar lands.
Nothing in this Act shall apply to Khar lands in respect of which a scheme is or has been sanctioned 1[or deemed to be made under the Maharashtra Khar Lands Development Act, 1979 (Mah. XI of 1979)].]
