The Maharashtra Payment of Compensation for Loss, Injury or Damage Caused by Wild Animals Act, 2023.
Section 7. Protection of acts done in good faith.
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government, any officer or the authority of the Government or any person for anything which is done, or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the rules or orders made thereunder.
