The Maharashtra Goseva Ayog Act, 2023.
Section 13. Inspection.
The Goseva Ayog or any of its officers duly authorized in this behalf may inspect any premises of the Institutions or any records thereof for the purposes of ensuring implementation of this Act or rules made thereunder.
