Section 48. Procedure in insolvency proceedings.
The order of adjudication made 1[under sub-section (1) or (1A) of section 47] shall have the force of an order made by a competent court in the exercise of its powers under section 27 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 (V of 1920).
