The Kavi Kulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit Vishvavidyalaya (University) Act, 1997.
Section 52. Examinations not invalid, for non-compliance with Schedule.
No examination or the results of an examination shall be held invalid only for the reasons that the university has not followed the schedule as stipulated in sections 50 and 51, as the case may be.
