Section 30. Head of Departments.
(1) There shall be a Head for each of the 1[Departments or Centers] in the university.
(2) The powers, functions, appointments and terms and conditions of service of the Head of the 2[Departments or Centers] shall be such as may be prescribed by the regulations.
