Maharashtra Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2023
Section 16. Officers of university.
The following shall be the officers of the university, namely:-
(a) the President, who shall also be the Chancellor;
(b) the Vice-Chancellor;
(c) Deans of Faculties;
(d) the Registrar;
(e) the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer;
(f) the Controller of Examinations; and
(g) such other persons in the service of the university as may be prescribed by the Statutes to be the officers of the university.
