Maharashtra Marathi Bhasha Vidyapeeth Act, 2023
Section 20. Authorities of university.
The following shall be the authorities of the university, namely :-
(1) Board of Management;
(2) Academic Council;
(3) Board of Planning and Development;
(4) Board of Studies;
(5) Board of Examinations and Evaluation;
(6) Board of Research and Innovation;
(7) Board of Students' Development;
(8) such other bodies of the university, as may be designated by the Statutes, to be the authorities of the university.
