Maharashtra Marathi Bhasha Vidyapeeth Act, 2023
Section 38. Term of office of members of authority.
(1) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the term of other than ex-officio member of every authority constituted under this Act shall be five years from the date on which he enters the office.
(2) The process of nomination shall be commenced at least six months before expiry of the term of members other than ex-officio members of the authority.
