Section 53. Declaration of results.

The University shall strive to declare the results of every examination conducted by it within fifteen days from the last date of the examination for that particular course and shall in any case declare the results latest within thirty days thereof : Provided that, if for any reasons whatsoever, the University is unable to finally declare the results of any examination and evaluation within the aforesaid period of thirty days, Director, Board of Examinations and Evaluation shall prepare a detailed report incorporating the reasons for such delay and submit the same through Vice-Chancellor to the Chancellor and to the Board of Governance and the direction of the Chancellor in this regard shall be final and binding.
