Section 21. Joint Director.
(1) Every Joint Director shall be wholetime salaried officer and shall be appointed for a period of three years by the Executive Council on the recommendation of the selection committee in the manner prescribed by the Statutes.
(2) No person shall hold the office of Joint Director beyond the age of sixty five years.
(3) The Joint Director shall perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Ordinances and regulations made under this Act.
