Section 9. Officers of University.
The following shall be the officers of the University, namely :-
(a) the Chancellor;
(b) the Vice-Chancellor;
(c) the Directors;
(d) the Deans of Faculties;
(e) the Dean of Research and Development;
(f) the Registrar;
(g) the Finance Officer;
(h) the Joint Director;
(i) the Deputy Director; and
(j) such other officers in the service of the University as may be declared by Statutes to be officers of the University.
