The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976.

Section 72. Penalty for obstructing lawful exercise of powers under this Chapter.

Any person, who obstructs the lawful exercise of any powers conferred by or under this Chapter, shall; on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
