Section 17. Offence to be tried by Labour Court.
1,2[17. Offences to be tried by Labour Court.- Every offence punishable by or under this Act (including any offence made punishable by a scheme made under this Act) shall be tried by the Labour Court, within the local limits of whose jurisdiction the offence was committed.
