The Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981
Section 18. Prohibition of employment of children.
No child shall be required or allowed to work as a Security Guard.
Explanation.- "Child" means a person who has not completed [eighteen] years of age.
