Section 22. Directions by State Government to Board.
The State Government or any officer authorized by the State Government may give the Board such directions which in its opinion are necessary or expedient in connection with the expenditure from the fund or carrying out the other purposes of the Act and it shall be the duty of the Board to comply with such directions.
