The Maharashtra Domestic workers Welfare Board Act, 2008.
Section 26. Members, officers and servants of the Board to be public servant.
Members including Chairperson of the Board and all officers and servants of the Board shall be deemed to be the public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
