Section 23. Power to give directions.
The State Government may, from time to time, issue such general or special directions, to the Empowered Committee in respect of policy matters as it deems necessary or expedient for the purposes of carrying out the objectives of this Act, and the Empowered Committee shall be bound to follow and act upon such directions.
