The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Act, 1998.
Section 57. Examinations not invalid for non-compliance with Schedule.
No examination or the result of an examination shall be held invalid only for the reason that the University has not followed the Schedule as stipulated in section 55 or 56, as the case may be.
