The Maharashtra Paramedical Council Act, 2011
Section 15. Validity of proceedings.
No act or proceedings of the Council shall be invalid merely by reason of,-
(a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution thereof ; or
(b) any defect in the election or nomination of a person as a member thereof ; or
(c) any irregularity in its procedure not affecting the merits of the case.
