Section 12. Fees and allowances for meetings.
1[12. Fees and allowances for meetings.— There shall be paid to the President, the Vice-President and other members of the Council and to the members of the committees, such fees and allowances for attendance at meeting, and such travelling allowances as may from time to time be prescribed by rules.]
