Section 16. Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Members and staff of Commission to be public servant.
The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Members of the Commission and every officer and employee appointed or authorised by the Commission to exercise the functions under this Act shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
