Section 19T. Completion of Scheme.

(1) The Highway Authority shall publish notice of the completion of the Scheme in the prescribed manner within prescribed period. (2) The Highway Authority shall also publish the details of the allotment of developed non-agricultural plot or land to the land owners or persons interested, in the prescribed manner.
