The Pulgaon Cotton Mills Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1982
Section 14. Deposit of amount in Court.
Where any dispute has been referred under section 13 by the Commissioner to the Bombay City Civil Court, he shall deposit the amount in that court.
