Maharashtra Khar Land Development Act, 1979
Section 25. Recovery of arrears of cess and penalty as arrears of land revenue.
All amounts of cess and penalty due under this Act shall, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, be recoverable as arrears of land revenue by any of the processes specified in section 176 of the Code, including the forfeiture of the land concerned.
