Section 14. Authentication of orders etc. of the Corporation.
All proceedings of the Corporation shall be authenticated by the Chairman or Vice-Chairman and all orders and instruments of the Corporation shall be authenticated by the Executive Director or any other officer of the Corporation as may be authorised in this behalf by regulations.
