The Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation Act, 1996
Section 5. Executive Committee.
(1) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following members, namely : (a) Executive Director of the CorporationChairman
(b) Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, Pune Division. Member
(c)Chief Engineer (Specified Project), Irrigation
Department, Pune Division.Member
1[(d) Chief Engineer of the CorporationMember]
2[(d-1) Finance Member of the CorporationMember]
(e) Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of the CorporationMember
(f) Superintending Engineer of the CorporationMember-Secretary.
(2) The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations.
