The Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2005
Section 29. Cognizance of offence.
No Court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act except upon a complaint in writing made by the Authority or by any other officer duly authorised by the Authority for this purpose.
