The Maharashtra Non-biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act, 2006.
Section 16. Protection of action taken in good faith.
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or the local authority or any officer or other employee of the State Government or the local authority or any other person authorized by the State Government for anything which is in good faith done, or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made or directions issued, thereunder.
