The Maharashtra Finance Commission (Miscellaneous provisions) Act, 1994.
Section 2. Definitions.
In this Act,-
(1) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Commission ;
(2) "Commission" means the Finance Commission constituted by the Governor pursuant to clause (1) of Article 243-I of the Constitution.
