The Maharashtra (Requisitioning and Control) of Motor Vehicles Act, 1965.
Section 8. Penalty for contravention of any order regarding requisitioning.
If any person contravenes any order made under section 3 or section 7, he shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
