The Maharashtra Truck Terminal (Regulation of Location) Act, 1995
Section 21. Authorities charged with execution of this Act.
The authorities charged with carrying out the provisions of this Act are-
(a) the Authority; and
(b) the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority.
