Section 7. Fees for public conveyance licences.
(1) For the grant of a licence for a public conveyance a fee shall be charged at such rate as the Commissioner of Police shall prescribe.
(2) For the renewal of such licence a fee at one-half of the rate chargeable under the foregoing sub-section shall be charged.
