The Maharashtra Settlement of Arrears of Tax, Interest, Penalty or Late Fee Act, 2022.
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Settlement of Arrears of Tax, Interest, Penalty or Late Fee Act, 2022.
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st April 2022.
